This CLE program is a joint effort by the Real Property Committee and Transactional Law Committee.  In this extensive program, you will learn about a real estate transaction involving the sale of an existing business currently leasing space in a free-standing, mixed use building.  The sale of the building is contingent on the sale of the business assets.  Each session of the program will explore both ethical concerns in the transaction as well as substantive principles of law and is appropriate for all levels of instruction, from beginner to seasoned practitioner.
