Ronald J. DeVito is Of Counsel to the Firm. His practice includes real estate related matters and, in particular, the development, financing and construction of real estate projects.

Mr. DeVito specializes in the legal representation of developers, owners and operators of senior housing projects and facilities that provide care to the elderly. He currently serves as a member of and legal counsel to Senior Housing Investment Advisors, Inc., a national consulting firm serving the senior housing industry (www.snrhousing.com). He has also developed, invested in or operated senior housing units valued at more than 200 million dollars.

The unique combination of his legal skills and operating experience in real estate projects, in general, and in all aspects of the senior housing and care industries, in particular, augments Harras Bloom & Archer’s ability to provide valuable legal and consulting services to its clients.
