Michael Dallal expertly advocates for clients across New York State in Real Estate and Business Litigation, as well as in Land Use and Zoning matters and residential real estate transactions. Mr. Dallal strives to help clients achieve their goals efficiently and in a timely manner.
For two decades, Mr. Dallal has represented clients in real estate and litigation matters. He has argued at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and has presented applications before zoning boards and regulatory agencies. He negotiates favorable settlements and agreements and clearly advises parties of their rights and options.
